My name is Lindsay Kulick and I am 24 years old. I am passionate about seeing God's Kingdom here on earth as it is in Heaven. I am a lover of God's Word, community, and traveling. I work for an amazing missions ministry called Travel the Road, where our mission statement is to preach the Gospel to all creation and encourage the church to be active in the Great Commission. I firmly believe life should be an adventure with God in bringing His love to all creation by the power of His spirit and the truth of His Word.
I am also founder of Awaken Hope, a start up non-profit organization based in Port-au Prince, Haiti bringing love, hope, discipleship, education, and basic needs to orphans and the people of Haiti.
I attended Calvary Chapel Bible College from 2010-2012 and was an intern at Saddleback Church for CRAVE - the college ministry (2010-2011). I have been leading mission trips to Haiti since 2011 (went on my first trip in 2010), teaching women's & co-ed Bible study for 5 years, and been discipling and mentoring young women since 2011.
My hope in this blog is to share my tips, tricks, and experiences (failures and successes!) with you. My hope is that the Lord will encourage and compel you to live a life of missions; a life dedicated to His purpose and plan for this world, and a life expectant of His return. My hope is that you see the true joy in living life for Him. It may not be comfortable, it may not give you all the material things you desire, but it will give you the deepest sense of joy and fulfillment.

This verse is my favorite for many reasons, but the simple fact that in His presence is the fullness of joy. Not in the presence of the nice car, trendy clothes, and big house. But in His presence is the fullness of joy - nowhere else.
